Meet Charmaine

A Southern California native, Charmaine first came to Atlanta, GA in the mid 90’s, attending a local university but ultimately deciding to make the city her home. She has witnessed Atlanta’s tremendous growth, opportunity and popularity prior to and immediately following the 1996 Summer Olympics. With the subsequent major economic and real estate downturn which led to the 2007 recession and Atlanta’s resurgence as the ‘Hollywood of the South, she has witnessed and experienced it all! Her familiarity with the city and the outlining counties that make up metro Atlanta, allow her to provide a level of tailored service and knowledge many other representatives simply cannot reciprocate. Charmaine began her mortgage and real estate career in 1999, keeping abreast of the evolving laws and regulations governing mortgage loans and real estate lending practices in the state and the Atlanta metro area. Possessing almost 20 years of mortgage and real estate industry experience, she has focused on integrity, professionalism and the ‘Customer Service Approach’, a concept that ensures a support from the beginning to end and beyond customer service experience with a focus on the client. Charmaine will provide customers the best loan and mortgage products available and that the process is a seamless and effortless experience.
